  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our website.

  • Custom orders typically take around 7 days to complete.
  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified after production begins.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of placing the order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We partner with trusted courier services such as FedEx, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Amazon Shipping.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to review and handle exceptional cases at our discretion.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or other reasons.
  • We only offer replacement in case of damaged or defective products.

Replacement Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear images and an unboxing video as proof
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

Replacement Process:

  • Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • You are not required to return the damaged product

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only in eligible cases
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
