Every order is carefully crafted, packed, and shipped with attention to detail. That said, if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back with a clear and fair replacement policy.


No Returns Policy

All orders placed on TenorArts are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in design, color, or finish

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.


Replacement for Damaged Products

We offer free replacement only if your product arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of the issue
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

This helps us verify and process your request quickly.


Important Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory
  • The issue must be clearly visible in images/video
  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.


Replacement Process

  1. Submit your request via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram
  2. Our team reviews your request within 24 hours
  3. Once approved, your replacement is dispatched within 2–3 business days

You will receive tracking details once the replacement is shipped.


Do You Need to Return the Product?

No.

You do not need to return the damaged product. Once your request is approved, we directly process your replacement.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Replacement not possible
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order:

  • Within 24 hours of placing it, or
  • Before dispatch, whichever comes first

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure secure packaging, but in rare cases:

  • If your product arrives damaged → follow the replacement process above
  • If your order is lost in transit → we will coordinate with the courier and provide a resolution

Exclusions

We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if:

  • Proof (images/video) is not provided
  • Damage is caused after delivery
  • Product has been used, altered, or mishandled
