How do I delete my account?
Go to My Account → Account Details and click on Deactivate Account. This will permanently delete your account data.
Orders & Payments
How long does it take to deliver my order?
All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of placing the order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) and Paytm. All payments are processed in INR.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, COD is not available on our website. However, you can place COD orders through our Amazon store.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do not accept returns for change of mind or other reasons.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We offer free replacement if your product arrives damaged.
What proof is required for damaged items?
You must provide clear images and an unboxing video showing the issue. This is mandatory for processing replacements.

Refunds are only processed in eligible cases and will be credited to your original payment method.

Do I need to return the damaged product?
