No return on sold products:
All sales on TenorArts are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for defective products. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before submitting them. Replacement of Defective Products:
Defective product will be replaced within 15 days of applying for replacement through mail. If you receive a defective product, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. This will help us to quickly identify and resolve the problem.

Please note that we require the original packaging and any accessories to be included with the returned item. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is delivered to us safely.
