How do I change my password?
Please go to the section ‘My profile’ in the top right corner of the page and ‘Account settings’ where you may change your password.
I forgot my password. How can I log in?
Please go to your login page and click on ‘Forgot password?”. We will send you a retrieval e-mail with the instruction to follow. Your login page is located here.
Can I change my login e-mail address?
Yes. Please go to the section ‘My account’ in the top left corner of the page and ‘Account details’ where you may change your e-mail address.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account please go to the section ‘My account’ in the top left corner of the page and ‘Account details’. At the bottom you will find ‘Deactivate account’ button. Please note that all the content of your account will be deleted.


How can I pay for an order?
You can pay with your Debit Card, Credit Card or via Paytm. Cash on Delivery is also available. Payments are made in INR only.
Will I receive my confirmation e-mail?
Yes. As soon as you place an order we send the confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there.
How to use a discount code?
Please enter a discount code to the discount code box located just below the order details in the cart. Please make sure you enter a discount code before checking out.
I forgot to apply a discount. Can you refund me a difference?
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply a discount to the order already paid. The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new one with a discount available on the website. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
Can I get a discount for a bulk purchase?
If you plan to purchase at least 10 products at once, please contact us at [email protected]. We will be able to offer you a tailor-made offer based on your needs.
Can I change or add another item to my order?
Yes, in this case you have to contact us here within 24 hours. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us here with your request and we will amend the shipping address on our end. In case if your order is already sent, we will contact the shipping company on your behalf to ask for a change.
Is the invoice included in the package?
Yes, We include invoices.
Can I order a Painting with my own image?
Yes, you can. Please contact us here. We will then do the rest to create your very own Painting.
Can you customize an existing design which is already published on your website?

Can I buy digital art files?
The artworks found on TenorArts cannot be sold in a digital format.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift vouchers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. It is possible but not later than 24 hours after placing an order.
I have cancelled my order. When I receive a refund?
Your refund should be finalized within 7 days of cancellation but we will do our best to do it asap.
Will there be any customs fee applied to my order?
We don’t charge any kind of custom fees from customers.

How can I check the status of my order?
We will provide you the tracking number of of the shipping company, by using which you can track your package in websites of the respective courier companies.
What can I do if my parcel lacks its content, the received product has some defects or is damaged?
Please remember to always check the content of a parcel in the presence of a courier. If after opening the package you find out that it lacks its content or the product has some defects please register this with the courier and contact us through here.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Expected delivery time is up to 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the package, the location of shipment and fuel fee. However all products in TenorArts Website is eligible for free delivery.
What shipping companies do you use?
All parcels are securely packed and sent by FedEX or Delhivery.

Returns & Refunds

You may return a Painting within 7 days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the product has not been used. Painting needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided below. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. Please note that in case of returning, if the received painting is found damaged, the original costs won’t be refunded.

We are happy to Exchange your TenorArts item with an identical replacement if there is a flaw, damage in product. Please retain the packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came with the product.
What is the Exchange Policy?
In order to process the Exchange you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your product by emailing the Exchange Order to [email protected] with a description of the problem. Please write to us for an Exchange Order describing the reason for exchange.
As long as the case is deemed by us to be legitimate, we will revert with our approval to your exchange request 2 business days after receiving your email.
What is the Procedure for Exchange? (FLAWED/DAMAGED ITEM)
In the case of a flaw or damage to the item, please take a picture and email it along with your request for the Exchange Order explaining the flaw or the cause of the damage.
We will require 2 business days from our approval of your request to get the replacement item to you. You will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement item.
Please ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your invoice. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Generally we deliver products within 1 day of placing the order. You will be able to cancel an order if it has not already been sent for delivery to our logistics service provider. Once sent, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy is applicable from that point on. We will, of course, treat exceptional cases with due consideration.
