We want you to smile when you receive your Painting. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us! We will fix it.
We use FEDEX & Delhivery for our delivery service provider in an attempt to ensure safety and speedy delivery.
Expected delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. All the products are eligible for free delivery all over India.
If for whatever reason the product does not reach you within 30 days, you will be entitled to a full refund and possibly some credit as an apology for our mistake.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
TenorArts makes each art product especially for you once you place an order. We start the production process as soon as you place your order. Each art product is uniquely produced. Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded for production, so it’s not possible to cancel orders as they could have already in process of manufacturing or manufactured or shipped for you that’s why Kulture Shop does not accept cancellations, returns or refunds. However you can cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us with your order number and we’ll cancel it right away. After this time period all sales are final.
We are happy to Exchange your TenorArts item with an identical replacement if there is a flaw, damage in product. Please retain the packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came with the product.
LODGING YOUR EXCHANGE REQUEST:
In order to process the Exchange you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your product by emailing the Exchange Order to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem. Please write to us for an Exchange Order describing the reason for exchange.
As long as the case is deemed by us to be legitimate, we will revert with our approval to your exchange request 2 business days after receiving your email.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE (FLAWED/DAMAGED ITEM):
In the case of a flaw or damage to the item, please take a picture and email it along with your request for the Exchange Order explaining the flaw or the cause of the damage.
We will require 2 business days from our approval of your request to get the replacement item to you. You will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement item.
Please ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your invoice. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.

Generally we deliver products within 1 day of placing the order. You will be able to cancel an order if it has not already been sent for delivery to our logistics service provider. Once sent, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy is applicable from that point on. We will, of course, treat exceptional cases with due consideration.
